Refund policy

ALL REFUNDS will be given as store credit.  We do not offer cash refunds. If you're not 100% certain you want Orion °9 products please do not make a purchase. 

CANCELLED ORDERS will only be allowed before order fulfillment. Cancelled Orders will be refunded less 10% processing fee.  Purchasing our products is a multi-step process, if you not 100% certain you want to make a purchase, don't start to checkout.

Damaged/Incorrect Products must be reported immediately. We will not accept returns or credit you for damaged or incorrect products unless reported within 5 Business Days from date of delivery. Force Majeure -This does not apply to circumstances beyond your control; war, natural disaster, terrosist attack, zombie outbreak, death or hospitalization of immediate family, partner, etc.

If you receive a damaged product you may be required to open a ticket with the Carrier (if at fault) and send us a picture, video, etc. We require all damaged or incorrect products to be returned to Orion °9. Please contact manager@orionnine.com for return label. When we send the replacement product you will also be sent a free gift for your trouble, unless we find you unruly.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.  We cannot resell returned beauty products. We suggest local resale to fellow esties.
